Directed concept and design for the Spring 2023 “Home Cook” family collection, celebrating comfort, connection, and the joy of everyday moments. Drove color, print, and material direction across coordinated men’s, women’s, and kids’ assortments—creating a unified seasonal story that resonated with families. Partnered with merchandising to build a compelling assortment strategy and led the floor presentation to ensure cohesive storytelling at retail. The collection achieved a 78% IMU, 85% sell-through, and up to 90% on key styles, including the standout yellow dress and floral romper groups.

STORE LAYOUT STRATEGY & DESIGN

For the Matching Moments sub-brand, I collaborated closely with the Buyer and Merchandising teams to create a cohesive in-store layout that showcased coordinated family outfitting. I led the seasonal color direction, apparel design vision, and CMF + artwork strategy, ensuring every category aligned under one unified story. This cross-functional approach elevated brand clarity, strengthened storytelling at retail, and delivered an engaging, easy-to-shop experience that highlighted the full Matching Moments assortment.

The “Home Cook” collection celebrates the simple joys of family connection through elevated comfort and coordinated design. A linen floral romper for mom features a flattering silhouette with a soft waist tie, paired with matching prints in a cotton gauze tiered dress for kids—crafted for a gentle hand feel and playful movement. Coordinating sets for baby and toddler complete the family story, while a lightweight cardigan adds the perfect layer for breezy spring days. Together, the collection captures the warmth, ease, and charm of time spent at home with loved ones.

Building on the “Home Cook” story, the second delivery introduces an EcoVero™ challis floral bubble-sleeve smocked dress—a sustainable update that brings feminine ease and softness to the collection. The theme continues with an easy jersey toddler dress in the same playful floral, offering comfort and movement for every stage of family life. A second colorway of the linen jumpsuit for mom adds a fresh twist with multicolor vertical stripes, perfectly paired with a wide-leg cotton twill pant and a graphic jersey tee for kid girls, designed to keep looks comfortable, coordinated, and effortlessly cool for spring days together.
